Organizations interested in licensing rights relating to publications, research materials, archives, proprietary datasets, educational resources, or similar content for artificial intelligence or machine learning purposes must obtain prior written authorization from CreationUnited.
CreationUnited reserves the right to approve, deny, restrict, condition, or license such access at its sole discretion.

Users shall not:

- Replicate models
- Reverse engineer models
- Conduct model theft
- Conduct unauthorized benchmarking
- Abuse model interfaces
- Use outputs for unlawful purposes
Nothing in this section prohibits lawful, authorized, or otherwise permitted security research, compliance testing, or evaluations conducted in accordance with applicable law and any applicable written permissions or contractual restrictions.
Additional restrictions may apply to specific products and services.
14. Account Abuse
Users shall not:
