Cancellation & refund policy.

How cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks are handled across services, subscriptions, and products.

Last updated: June 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Purpose and Scope

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, credits, subscription terminations, service discontinuations, and related payment matters are handled by CreationUnited Co. ("CreationUnited", "we", "our", or "us").

This policy applies to:

  • Membership programs
  • Subscription services
  • Blog Journal memberships
  • Digital products
  • Software products
  • SaaS offerings
  • Consultations
  • Research initiatives
  • Sponsorship programs
  • Client engagements
  • Professional services
  • Future products and services operated under the CreationUnited brand

This policy applies to all Services as defined in our Terms of Use.

This policy should be read together with our:

  • Terms of Use
  • Privacy Policy
  • Acceptable Use Policy
  • Other applicable agreements and policies

Certain products, services, enterprise agreements, contracts, statements of work, or custom arrangements may contain separate cancellation or refund provisions that supersede this policy.

2. General Refund Principles

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement, all purchases, payments, subscriptions, fees, deposits, retainers, memberships, sponsorships, and service charges made to CreationUnited are considered final and non-refundable.

CreationUnited does not provide refunds based solely on:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Partial usage
  • User preference changes
  • Service dissatisfaction unrelated to contractual obligations
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Failure to review terms
  • Failure to utilize purchased features
  • Account inactivity

Users are responsible for evaluating products, services, memberships, subscriptions, and offerings before making purchases.

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

CreationUnited may offer recurring memberships, subscriptions, premium access programs, digital memberships, and related offerings.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

Unless otherwise specified, cancellation:

  • Stops future billing
  • Terminates the subscription at the end of the current paid period
  • Terminates associated subscription benefits at the end of the current paid period
  • Allows access to subscriber-only resources, features, content, services, or benefits to continue through the current paid period unless earlier restriction or termination is reasonably necessary for fraud, abuse, security, legal, or policy reasons

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Partial billing periods, unused time, unused benefits, unused features, or unused access periods generally do not qualify for refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements.

4. Blog Journal Memberships

CreationUnited's publication platform ("Blog Journal") may offer:

  • Free memberships
  • Paid memberships
  • Subscriber benefits
  • Premium publications
  • Research access
  • Community access
  • Additional member features

Members may cancel at any time through available account controls or approved support channels.

Cancellation generally results in termination of subscription benefits at the end of the current paid period, unless earlier restriction or termination is reasonably necessary for fraud, abuse, security, legal, or policy reasons.

Payments associated with Blog Journal memberships are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Where payment processing occurs through third-party providers, additional policies and procedures of those providers may apply.

5. Digital Products

CreationUnited may offer digital products including:

  • Templates
  • Design systems
  • Software
  • Documents
  • Research materials
  • Reports
  • Downloads
  • Educational resources

Due to the nature of digital delivery, digital products are generally non-refundable once:

  • Access has been granted
  • Delivery has occurred
  • Download links have been issued
  • Licenses have been activated
  • Materials have been made available

CreationUnited reserves the right to determine whether delivery has occurred for purposes of this policy.

Where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal or cancellation for digital content, that right may end once delivery or access begins if the user has provided any consent or acknowledgment required by applicable law.

6. Software and SaaS Products

Termination of a project does not automatically create entitlement to refunds.

9. Milestone-Based Work

Completed milestones remain billable regardless of whether:

  • Subsequent milestones are canceled
